TicketM2 is a ticket management SaaS product with a vast user base, including some of the worlds largest companies. I designed and developed a modern user interface that integrated into the legacy PHP backend system seamlessly. The new front-end is written in vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I also consolidated many processes through-out the system, vastly improving user experience.
